Hi! I started eating way more, doing the stair climber, and using the adduction, abduction, leg press, leg extension, and hamstring curl machines. I also started doing squats, glute kickbacks, weighted bridges, weighted lunges, step ups, goblet squats etc. I also love walking on an incline!

yes see how many things contribute to booty its not just squats
